Return Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • In a condition that allows for full resale

If the item arrived with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us immediately at info@suitsupplly.it.com with a photo and description. We will prioritize your case and provide a prepaid return label regardless of the standard return conditions.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@suitsupplly.it.com and include your order number.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid, trackable return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
  4. Drop off the parcel at the designated carrier location within 5 days of receiving the label.

Refund Processing
Once your package is scanned as delivered back to our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated.

The time it takes for the funds to reappear in your account depends on your payment provider. Typically, the full amount is credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after our processing is complete.

Exchanges
We do not support direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order at your earliest convenience. This keeps the process clear and independent of any third‑party fulfillment systems.
